The French Lieutenant's Woman - Directed by Kate Saxon - Lights by Bill Simmons - Video by Adam Larsen Costumes by Beth Dunkleberger -- Fulton Theatre

This was a commissioned adaptation of the John Fowles" novel that in the spirit of the meta - treatment of the author's voice in the book made him a full fledged character, surprised at his character's actions. Working with Director Saxon, a member of the UK's Shared Experience Theatre, the set was at once the hills of Lyme Regis,  Dorset, and a specimen case for the naturalist main character's ammonite fossils. The author moves through the space stopping to study a discarded prop, wondering what it means.
